[mso] Checkpointing Outlook

James S. Huggins here again.

I've been experimenting.

I'm connected right now in California via WIFI to a router connected to a
cable modem.

That connection seems to be somewhat "flakey" and I've "lost" my email
download on a couple of occasions requiring restart. (My fault, you
understand . . . way to many emails)

Anyway, what I've tried is after downloading 4 or 500 of the emails, I click
to "cancel send/receive".

When Outlook restarts, it either has no overlap or only 3 or 4 emails
overlap.

It seems to be a "manual" way of forcing a "checkpoint".
