[mso] Checking My Outlook Contacts Against an Email Distribution List

From time to time I receive an email from someone with a large "to" list
(approximately 100 names).

I want to go thru my Outlook "Contacts" to find the ones I do not have so I
can add them.

Are there any tools to help?

Other than click-click-clicking to check each one is there a faster way?
