I believe I explained all that in the post...it's apples and oranges and not
possible to do what you want, as I detailed in my posted to the group.

Thanks for your response regarding the checkbox/radio button information.
What I am looking for is a form checkbox in the shape of the circle. When
you create a form, the standard shape for a checkbox is a square that is
found on the FORMS toolbar. What I was looking for was a circular shape
rather than the square. Any ideas how to create such an form field?
