[mso] Can't print from Excel.

Hi,

We use terminal server on Windows 2000 server for applications, including MS
Office 2000. For the past few days the three users who have a local printer
(HP LaserJet 4L's), have not been able to print from excel on the terminal
server to their local printer (note that they can print to our networked
printers). Word is also acting in a similar manner, but users are sometimes
able to print. In both cases there is no error message, and for a little
while the printer icon appears in the system tray like it normally would,
but the printer does not receive any data at all.

I am the systems administrator, and with my log in I can print to these
local printers successfully 100% of the time, so this lead me to believe it
was a simple permissions problem, but elevating them from Users to Power
Users saw no change, and elevating them further to Administrators (just as a
test) didn't make any difference either. So even with exactly the same
permissions on the network as me, I'm the only one who can print from excel
to their printers.

Has anyone encountered anything like this before with Excel? Any
suggestions for me?

Thanks

Neil
