[mso] Can you thumbnail photos in Excel?

I think I know the answer, but want to make sure.  Is it possible to
thumbnail a photo used in an Excel 2000 worksheet?  I can't find anything in
the help about being able to do so and it isn't exactly what Excel is
designed for so I assume you can't, but thought I'd check with the experts.
