Just checking back in.... Based on what I've heard, I believe it is indeed your TNR font that is corrupted. So, I would follow Ann's advice and go into the Control Panel and delete all four of the TNR fonts, then reinstall Word (when you uninstalled Word before, that did NOT delete the bad font so you still had it when you reinstalled, but when you reinstall Word this time, if it sees the font is missing, it will add it again...and hopefully the one it adds will work)....OR, follow Vic's advice. Delete the font and let him email it to you so you can install it again, via the control panel (if you know how to do that) Good luck.....I'm running back to work now LOL Linda F.
