[mso] Based on a criteria in Excel send a letter to recipient

Is there a macro that can be ran to look in Column  B, if there is today's
date (There could be multiple dates in the same cell separated by a comma)
look in the same row in column A to grab the persons name, and look in the
same row in column C to see what Document it is.  
Then grab the worksheet page named "reminder letter" Fill in A4 with the
persons name that came from the last worksheet,  then in D12 put in the
Document that was grabbed from Column C in the previous document.

Then email this reminder letter to the person who's name was now on the
letter that came fro Column A in the beginning of this information.
