Kathie,

Since it's only you who uses you pre-printed paper, you only need to do
this on you own PC. So I was thinking about some VBA in your Normal
template linked to a toolbar button which (a) cuts the graphic to the
clipboard; (b) prints the letter; and (c) then puts the graphic back.
Would this work for you?

But the logo is already in the header with different headers for the

page because I only want the logo in the header and the address in the
footer on the first page and not on subsequent pages.

What I did this afternoon is adjust the brightness on the logo until is
was
white (but still took up space so as to not screw up the layout)  and
that
was okay...

Can I format the document to not print graphics?  Ooohh I'm going to
check
out preferences right now...
