Yes, it's possible ... in the first step of the Rules wizard, choose to
apply the rule to all mail sent to that address, then follow these
instructions to create a template and set up the rule to send this template
to everyone who writes to that address:

Hi
I have about 3 different mailboxes on outlook.  Is it possible to set up a
rule to send an auto reply when an email is sent to a specific email
address?  I cannot set it for all the mailboxes as it is not applicable to
all of them.

Also, I would like it to send more than once - not like an out of office
