Hi Linda, IMHO this font is a Microsoft font and comes either with Windows from 2000 onwards or with MS Office from 2000 onwards too, if you do a full install of it. In my installation (Windows 2000 with Office 2000 Developer, which includes MS Publisher) it's listed as a .ttf font, and the icon displayed alongside it in Windows Explorer is "TT", not "O".
