I don't know Robert..but I just went into Excel and named a range both
"abort" and "application" and Excel accepted them both, and they are on your
list.
I agree with Kathy...I think maybe Glenn is trying to name a range with the
name of a sheet or something and Excel won't let him do that.

Well, this list is from my Office professor who was really teaching Word at
the time, but she said it also applied to Excel. Hey Linda? Does this list
