I have a client that has a problem and today I experienced it on my PC. The client is using an application called Caterpro (catering company). From within this application they can send proposals via e-mail to their clients. Prior to a recent upgrade to Outlook 2003 these items would appear in their "sent items" folder in Outlook. Now they are not. If they send an item from within Outlook they do appear in the Sent items folder. They need these to be in the sent items folder for CYA and historical review. Today I sent an item from within Adobe acrobat. I'm also using Outlook 2003. The item does not appear in the sent items folder. My client and I are both in an Exchange environment. They previously used 2000 and 2002 versions. I never noticed this happening before today. The save sent mail is working on any mail sent from within Outlook, it is not turned off. Can someone try to reproduce this problem on their system? I'd like to see someone with Outlook 2000 in an Exchange environment and try to send a PDF from directly within Adobe Acrobat. To compare I would also need someone with Outlook 2002 do the same thing. And finally, someone with 2003 try to reproduce what is happening to me. Any help would be appreciated.
