Open a document
Select Tools from top of word, envelopes. Click on the envelope under the
word feed. The next box will offer choices as to orientation of the
envelope.

Hi All,
This probably sounds like a simple and silly request for help but a friend
of mine who is blind is trying to print out an address on a rectangular
envelope and the address is coming out "sideways" like the envelope is
vertical in length rather than coming out crossways on the envelope like the
long way of the envelope is horizontal. I haven't done this procedure in a
long time and just can't think how he should set it up in word to do this.
Please can someone refresh my memory.
