Unfortunately, I check on this 2 hideout, but nothing relating to icq.
The com add-in has only that attachment thingy which allows me to enable
what file can be view and the add-in manager has 3 items, one is pav
which is my panda antivirus add-in, , the other is the exchange
extension thingy and the last is the fax server. Nothing which will
relate to icq..... From what I see.

Any idea??

In Outlook, Tools, Options, click Other then Advanced Options. At that
point there should be 2 buttons that you need to check. One is the Com
Add-Ins button. Click it and clear the checkmark from anything there you
don't want to load. The other button is the Add-In Manager. This is the
most likely place you'll see the ICQ Add-In. Clear the checkmark from
this to prevent it from loading in the future.
