[mso] Access reports - rounding down

Can anyone help me to round down a number in an Access report (XP version)?
The field shows the number of weeks the patient is pregnant. So if they are
14.5 weeks pregnant it's rounding up to 15 weeks pregnant. I want it to
round down to 14. Is this possible? Thanks.
