James that would but I know there would be more of a headaches for the ones
doing the checking. And none of the fields are the same. It would be a night
mare who has what product authorize for what company. 
 
Karen,

Are the columns the same in each table?  This could probably be done much
more effeciently in fewer tables.  You could add a field for the company and
this would drastically reduce your linking headaches.
