Kathie,

This would be another good thing you could put in a sub-form. That way you
could make the subform read only and leave your main form as editable. Your
best bet for your results would be a crosstab query. Grouping by members,
sorting by year and summing amount.

James

Okay, James, I'm printing out an answer you sent me weeks ago about
doing queries to determine LYBUNTS and SYBUNTS. Thank you. I'm almost
up to speed to understand you. I'm wondering, however, if I'll be able
to have this display on the main donor info page (and not be
changeable!) So, on my page where I have their name and address, etc.
I also want it to have 02 giving, 03 giving, and 04 giving.

Wouldn't it be cool if I could calculate how much increase or decrease
there'd been. One day that'd be good to flag to follow-up. Maybe we
offended them, maybe they're dead, maybe they don't have the capacity to
give at such high levels anymore.

But that's off the subject, the question is just, can I get the results
of all these queries to display on the main form for data input (which,
not incidentally still has the tab order screwed up, there's an on entry
messing me up somewhere, which I can't find but has a maddening tendency
to remove folks last names and replace them with numbers).

Thanks again,

Kathie
