Bear in mind, though, that if you have a split DB, this will not compact
the data, but only the client, which is a bit pointless.

Try TOOLS/OPTIONS menu, select the "General" tab, check "Compact on
Close".

Hi All.
I remember a discussion some time in the not too distant past about how
to compact and repair an Access (XP 03) DB upon exit. I thought I saved
it but can't find it anywhere in my notes. If anyone has that or can
post the answer (again) please?

Thanks. /g
