[mso] Access Custom Program and the Loss of the Alt Key for Menu Pulldowns

Hi,

We have encountered an issue regarding the development of a custom-designed 
Access application in which alt no longer pulls down the menu bar. We cannot 
figure out how this got disabled. Any ideas would be appreciated. The version 
of Office being used is 2000.
