Rocky,

I don't know if this was answered for you or not, but it may be that the
margins the label is asking for are beyond the capability of your printer.
(Or what the current driver thinks are its limitations. Once you load the
labels and have the appropriate page set up done, save and close your
labels. Reopen them and check your margins. If your computer thinks that
the margins you had set were not compatible with the printer in question it
will reset them. If you are using a printer other than your default printer
you will need to tell Access that under Use Specific Printer.

Hope This Helps,

James

I have a database set up on Access 2000 with 675 records. It is an
address database and I make labels for send out mailings. I use
the Avery 8460 and it is 3 across and 10 down. I have run the
setup for it over and over, but it still only prints the first 9 rows and
leaves the last 3 labels blank. Anyone have an idea what to look
for the get it to print all 30 labels on each page?
