Rocky,

When you add the field you are not affecting anything currently entered in
the fields.  Each field on the form is tied to a specific field in the
table.  So yes, when you follow those steps you will effectively add the
field and keep the flow in your form without affecting the display of your
existing fields.  Just make sure that you actually add a field when you add
to the table.

OK, lets see if I understand this.  I can add a field in any place in 
list view and rename it.  I can then go to form view in design and 
drag and drop the new field in where I want it and readjust the lay-
out and then do the tab stop settings and that way it will show the 
information in the database in their right fields?
