Thank you. It would be the left ALT key. That happens to be the only key on
the keyboard broken. Now I wish my keyboard would hurry up and get here.
Thanks.

Hi,
try pressing ALT 0186 (must be the leftside ALT key); thats the code for the
=BA symbol.

Not sure if this is related but there is a list of numeric codes that, when
used, insert the appropriate symbol when used with the Shift/Ctrl/Alt key.
However, I've only used this numberic code in Publisher and was quite a few
years ago so don't even know where to find the list.
I just bring this up in case it jogs someone else's memory about this list.

Is it possible to enter a degree symbol in the fields, and ALSO make it
stick?
In a field I have, I would like to enter:
At time of accident temperature was 17 F. (The lowercase oh is where I
have been trying to enter the degree symbol. I hope it comes out here.
Instead, it comes out boxy for me. I went to Word's insert symbol window,
select the character I wanted, copied, but it will not paste correctly so
far.
Thanks.
 Robert
