I don’t know what I can say that others haven’t said, but please know Connie that you are in my thoughts and prayers. We know she is in a better place and will be one of the angels watching over you and Pat in the future. Do take care and if there’s anything I can do from here, please feel free to ask. Of course, I will be unable to attend the funeral. So. When she started needing extra care, they brought Hospice in to just help out. So. They were already their this past week, when she stopped eating and going down hill. That was Sunday though,, and Hospice didn't come that day. The care givers probably didn't realize she was nearing the end. So. Pat didn'yt get the call until Monday, when it was thought she would be gone in 24 hours or less. Their guess was a day off. Pat and Dinny stayed both night's in recliners. I see I should have stayed even though it would have ben in a strate chair. The home was also good about feeding us. Three meals a day for them and two for me. So. That is why you never herd from me, except short excerts, when coming home at night.
