Thank you Jim and Susan for hosting such a lovely Mountain Milers BBQ on
Saturday.
To stay with the theme of eating (and running) I am planning a Chino Valley
10k Loop Training Run this *Sunday, July 27th* at *6:15am*. Meet at the
Chino Valley Library to run the course. Only a month until the CV 10k labor
day weekend race (or trifecta!)
Let's plan on going to breakfast at Gabby's Kitchen in Chino Valley post
run.
