[mountainmilers] Sunday Embry Riddle Run

The run will start about 9am at the track parking lot. If you have never been
there, enter the campus at the traffic light off Willow Creek. Go up to the
traffic circle and swing left to the first street, Hunt. Follow Hunt out to the
track, you will see it on your left as you drop down the hill you will be
running back up. The parking lot is on your left.
This being a 3 mile course there will be an aid station back at the finish for
runners wanting to do a couple of loops. It's mostly well graded and wide. It's
a fast cross country with only a few minor hill's, the first at the start.
After if people want, we can go to Molly and Wally's for breakfast.
