OK, MY Flag trip just got canx. SO I AM IN FOR JEROME. My plan is to start at Hassayampa near Thumb Butte, go to Chino, then to the city of Perkinsville, loop up and across through Sedona and then to Jerome. I can make it home to Prescott down 89A from there after eating. Cool. This is a cycle ride and not on foot right? Or am I confusing you with a running group that actually likes me??? If we stick to the road there should be no problem with support vehicles. Possibly 1 support vehicle could go to the end of the better road just before the trail starts ( about 5 miles I believe ) then go around. Ursula Len Brenda Cindy Stephanie = support Tim = support (?) Cindy's Dad = support (?) We still have not heard from some Perkinsville "vets" (i.e. Heidi, Steve O & Jessica O). OH you should let us know if you are in or not. Also, I still need a little guidance from people that were support / ran last year (i.e. which trail we started out on and at what mile measure the Perkinsville Road meets up with that trail & general condition of the road - 4WD not needed for support vehicles that stick to Perkinsville, correct?). I propose that we meet up at the CV Aquatics Ctr. parking lot, off Perkinsville Rd. (time TBD - open to suggestions). What do you think?
