Wow! today's run was awesome. Brenda, Deb K. and I did a shortened portion of
the 1/2, girls 9, me 11. Cindy and Maria ran up Senator Hi-way out and back for
9. Veronica did 3 1/2 up and back. she is really getting jazzed about running
again.
Ken did a long run from home and Rob did the full half.
I will say this about Brook's home court. It ain't easy. that 3+ mile hill
climb back to the Senator Hi-way is TOUGH.
That being said, it was suggested this morning, that we start at 6am
due to the fact that it was warm on the return trip.
Next Saturday is the Brownlow 10k, and Sunday a group is heading up to
Snowbowl. Any takers for next Sunday shout out.
OK, there is a group of runners here in Chino Valley who get out in the morning
around 5:15-5:45 am. Anybody interested in a group run on Wednesday's at that
time. Pick your distance. Cindy and I often pass each other on Yuma Rd. Its
great for hill work if your into that. As if there is any where flat to run
other than the tracks.
