[mountainmilers] Change of date for the POW-MIA run

The POW-MIA race is being moved to April 16th. (There is another 5K at
ERAU on April 9th that is unrelated and open to entries on Active.com called
the Wounded Warrior and it is a national event...). The POW-MIA race fee
is small and payable at the start of the race. They have had some really
good food after..
Apparently April 2 is bad because parents can visit ERAU that weekend...so
mark your calendars for April 16th at ERAU. I asked the race director to
see about smoothing out the course and/or letting us do it.

Skull Valley- 10K April 30
Chino Valley 5K Springfest? (has anyone talked to Marc Metz?)
