[mosnet] MOSNet documentation

Hello all!
In a response to high demand i've started MOSNet documentation. The
current version is availible here:

Please take a look at it and tell me what you like and/or dislike. Is
it easy to read and understand?
It's pre-pre-alpha so even not all sections are working :)
