It would be too easy to overload a program with too many features. But
I think most people would use certain ones after a while. I dont know that
adding a "current month" view would push the program over the edge. LOL
I've only been using MT since the first of the year but like its overall
layout and the options given me to customize it. In my case, such a view
would be good because most of the transactions will be cleared within a
month or so and I would not want to see all of them and really dont need to.
Now when I go to Category Summary, or some such view, I could then open it
up.
Speaking of being careful when using delete. Since we are dealing with
important data, an automatic backup feature is needed. Every time data is
added to the program, upon its closing, when asked if you want to save the
changes, MT could then do the backup, perhaps to a different folder than the
one the files are normally kept in..
By the way, anynne know if Talking Typer has a new email list? Seems
Topica is not working. I wonder if Topica bit the dust some time ago and
APH did not update the information.
