Received information tonight the spouse of the late PDG Dr Joe Kuklenski passed away April 12. June Kuklenski was 85 years old. Services were held April 17 in Springfield.
Lion PDG Joe served as district governor 1986-87 for MD-26H. DG Joe passed away in 1991.
