The posting issues are related to changes put in to effect by Yahoo. Their 
purpose is to reduce  spam E-mails. 

Unfortunately, their new system has caused thousands of mailing list messages 
(not just ours) to bounce.

I have been communicating with our list provider on this. I have made a change 
in our list's structure which MAY help with the problem at the cost of giving 
up some of the information that comes with each post. We will know if that 
works when DG Sandy or other yahoo users post. Please be sure to SIGN YOUR 
POSTS, as your name will no longer be in the header.

Our provider is working to develop an internal solution to keep all of us able 
to communicate. They hope to have it in place soon.

In the meantime, our provider had some advice for folks with yahoo addresses. I 
quote it below:

...It's likely that only a groundswell of "stop messing with my email" 
complaints from their customers will cause Yahoo to respond positively. We've 
spent more than a decade configuring around their draconian policies."
