Lions here is a message from the Chair for our Lions District 26-M3
Convention and attached is a Registration Form for you to print, complete
and mail as instructed on the form.
Lions our district convention is three weeks away. We have an exciting
convention planned for you.
Due date for Amish Tour is Tuesday March 15th right now we don't have enough
people signed up to go on a bus. If you want to go please mark your
registration
form or email or call me by Tuesday.
Friday night hospitality night clubs need to bring their own ice. Please
turn in your table request forms with your registration.
Silent auction items are still needed and can be brought Friday night or
Saturday am. Contact IPD John Clark and let him know what you are bringing.
If you would like to eat lunch or dinner the due date is March 28th
information to PDG Allen Kohler. That could be an email or registration form
received that day.
We have to turn in counts to our caterers.
People can register at the door but understand without prior notification to
PDG Allen we can't guarantee you food.
Don't forget you club's banner and stand for the parade of banners.
Saturday starts at 8 am to meet and greet the candidates followed by start
of convention at 8:30 am.
