Interesting using the spreadsheet for blast pipe orifice size. I ran my Rob Roy
through and got 0.18ins. which seems pretty close to actual but when I put in
the ModelWorks 14XX I got a very different picture. The spreadsheet produced a
figure of 0.35ins with a tractive effort of 42.1875 lbs whereas my vernier
measures the orifice at 0.1562ins - a big difference! I will make up a second
pipe and see what difference the change in orifice produces. Mott
