Hi James.

I can't sign on to the system, either. It tells me that I'm already on a
call, which is obviously not so. I've been using this system for several
months, and never hit a bug like this. Unfortunately, since its a
holiday weekend, I can't call the phone company about it until Tuesday.

Don't worry about charges to your card. You must manually approve to put
money on to the system in blocks. The worst that could happen is that
the last block of time that you added to the system will be run out. For
example, if you put $20 on your account, then the system might eat
through your $20 worth of credit. It won't approve any additional
charges from your card, though, with out you entering commands, which
you can't, because you're not on the phone.

Be assured that, if the system eats any credit off of your account, I
will completely restore it to your account. Also, since this problem is
entirely not your fault, please send me your home telephone number off
of the list and I'll help you with the items that we were planning to
discuss today, for free.

Once again, I'm sorry for this inconvenience, and I'll do whatever it
takes to make it work out right for you.

Bryan

Hey bryan,"
whats up with that phone system. I hung up a while ago, and I just
called back, and its saying that I'm still on the phone with you,"
Whats going on???

Is this system charging my card even when I'm not on the phone with you?

I'm trying to call you now, and its saying," that I'm on the line
talking, with you now.
This is crazy.
Please advise:
