Seems like the best approach, if Sorenson compression doesn't deliver,
is to chop the video into small sections playing sequentially...

Yeah the video i converted to mpeg file from original
of 140 MB to 80 MB. It worked fine when i convert it
into swf. Hey Chris if you have all the three video
from interview, i want it orignal uncompressed video.
I will send you the program how to convert it into
mpeg. The mpeg is size is 352x240.
Oh yeah, Molly the voice file you give me sound too
small. So, i need you to convert into mp3 at a rate of 192k/bits.
