Dear MIRtoolbox Users,A new update of the toolbox, 1.2.1, is now available from download. It contains the following features:
** Bug fixes mironsetsChunk decomposition was not performed correctly in the case of implicit frame decomposition (such as with the 'Spectro' method, chosen by default), leading to an incomplete sampling of the final curve.
mirenvelopemirenvelope('Filename') returned a temporally reversed curve (whereas mirenvelope(miraudio('Filename')) did not).
mirautocor Chunk decomposition returned an error. displayError returned when displaying particular segmented curves, due to an incomplete cluster displaying routine.
mirevalThe temporary data (.tmp) was constantly recomputed when the input was a mirdesign object.
mirfeaturesSome temporary data (.tmp) were not properly defined and thus constantly recomputed.
mirspectrumFor the 'Mel' option, a warning concerning excessively low frequency resolution was returned for cases where the problem was instead related to a low sampling rate.
* Improvement mirfeatures, mirevalThe computation of each successive field and subfield is indicated on the Command Window.
Greetings from SMC Conference, in Porto, where I gave a tutorial about MIRtoolbox.
