[mira_talk] stitched illumina reads

Any thoughts on or experience in using stitched 150 bp paired end illumina
reads (total length 250-275bp) versus 150 bp paired end illumina reads on
longer fragments that aren't preassembled (stitched) for de novo assemblies.
