[mira_talk] miraconvert quality option failing

Dear Bastien,
miraconvert 4.9.3 does not seem to recognize the -q option when input is
fasta without the quality file.
convert_project works fine though.
Also, miraconvert help message has the -q option, while convert_project
has -Q (but neither -q nor -Q work in miraconvert).
BTW, miraconvert help message misses some newlines for the -q and the -T
option, and the error message for not finding the quality file is truncated.
miraconvert -q 1 reference.fasta test.fasta
Loading from fasta, saving to: fasta fastaqual
Loading data from fasta ...Could not find FASTA quality file
reference.fasta.qual, aborting. If you want to work without qualities,
Fatal error (may be due to problems of the input data or parameters):

* File not found:
reference.fasta.qual *
