Tablet gets the SAM/BAM reference from the given FASTA file. So load the
MIRA FASTA file with your SAM/BAM.
If you use the raw SAM from MIRA, you want the padded FASTA file.
If you ran 'samtools depad' you want the unpadded FASTA file.
