[mira_talk] Syntax for read lengths?

I'm having trouble figuring out the manifest syntax for a simple task so
I'd figured I'd just better ask. My read length names are too long so
when I run MIRA I get the suggestion to use "-MI:cmrnl=no". I'm using 3.9x
so I know this syntax is out of date. The manual suggests using
"-NW:mrnl=0" but I cannot figure out how to convert this into a line in the
manifest file that MIRA will accept.
Anyone know the proper syntax for ignoring read name length?
