3,2,1 in the stable branch, 3.2.1.6 in the dev branch.

Unknown. I'm pretty busy gettuing a few other things working right now. At the
latest in version 3.4 I hope (but no date scheduled for that).
As a workaround: you can use any version of MIRA and then take a MAF (or CAF)
made by it and use convert_project from the 3.2.1 (or 3.2.1.6) version to get
a TCS. So it's less of a problem I suppose.
