[mira_talk] Problem with build script on Mac

Bastien,
After much time spent fruitlessly trying to follow the instructions on the web
page about how to build MIRA from sources on a Mac, I discovered that the
portion of the configure script handling the --enable-mirastatic option on the
Mac OS platform deletes and recreates the OSXstatlibs directory according to
your personal build environment, overwriting anything I had set up when I was
following the instructions.
Either the instructions have to tell people to put their local builds in
/opt/biosw and /opt/localw and /opt/local/lib like you do, or as you more
likely intended, the lines that actually create the directory and links should
be removed from configure.in and left for the user to prepare on their own
before running ./configure.
