Well, I trust MIRA most of the time ... if I don't catch it doing some foolish 
things that is.

In your case, I'd take a couple of well know genes and look in a finishing 
program what MIRA did and what Newbler did. You need to get a feeling for how 
the programs behave. “†rust“ is probably misplaced here ...
