Hmmm, I am on vacation right now, so I just tested on my MacAir. But I
subsequently also dug out the old portable (Kubuntu 10.10, but 32 bit) and for
me it also worked. I'll retest it on 64 bit asap.
In the mean time: are you positive that it was exactly this data set which made
trouble (not transferred via FTP in text mode in the mean time etc.pp)?

PS: I suppose you took the binary packages from SF?
