[mira_announce] MIRA issue tracker and wiki: new address

Dear all,
SourceForge changed a couple of things in the past few months. Among these, the
"issue / bug / feature request" tracker moved from a "hosted app" to a
SourceForge functionality.
While the old "Trac" address still works, it is foreseeable it will stop
working sometime soon. So in the process of getting MIRA 4 out, I have now
de-activated the old tracker a setup a new one at SourceForge, the address is
now
http://sourceforge.net/p/mira-assembler/tickets/
The same applies for the MediaWiki (which was used only as main entry page
anyway). New address:
http://sourceforge.net/p/mira-assembler/wiki/Home/
Sorry for any inconvenience.

PS: Then again, accessing those pages is pretty easy as they are prominently
displayed in the navigation bar on the main SourceForge entry page.
