Where has the summer gone! Well it's almost gone and the hard reality of
Autumn is just around the corner I'm afraid... but while we still have summer,
let's really enjoy it. You'll find a summer devotional link below as well as
news of a music festival, pig roast in Ailsa Craig Ontario and more.
It's been a crazy month for us and only God could have helped us through.
There's definitely too much to tell. .. now onto the summer updates and news

Latest News
I have been signed as a music artist to "I AM UNLIMITED" Records in California.
We've just began this journey and there are alot of details to attend to at
this point, but God has definitely led this divine appointment and getting to
know Don Turner who is CEO of the record label. More on this later...
In The Studio: This Thursday evening I will be going to the studio to check
out how the music arrangement is coming along on an old song made new. I'm
talking about an unheard version of "What A Friend We Have In Jesus". Sometime
ago I was scheduled for a concert in Toronto. My husband Scott and I were
guests at a Pastor's home overnight so that we could travel to our engagement
the next morning. The Pastor and I began having a conversation about the hymns
that we sing in the church, and how the richness of their history is missing
from our services. He showed me a piece of sheet music for "What A Friend We
Have In Jesus". The words and the melody were as old as the original we would
commonly find in our hymn books yet it has never been published or rarely sang
in our churches. He gave me a copy and the rest is history. The old hymns
often do not have standard choruses so I wrote a chorus to go with it and now I
can see a fresh new approach to a song with rich history to share with you. I'm
really excited about the way it's turning out. I hope to record my vocals in
August sometime. I"ll let you know when I have a sample ready for you to
preview.
Ladies' Conference Last April
Sometime ago I promised video clips from the Ladies' conference I spoke at in
April. When we finished the reviewing the video, my friend who was looking
after the production, began having problems with his computer. It has crashed
at this point. Hopefully we will be able to resume soon and we'll have it
ready for you to view.

August 16,17th- Make A Joyful Noise Festival and Pig Roast at the Ailsa Craig
Lion's Park. Many artists including myself will be sharing that day- Admission
is Free but there will be a charge for the Pig Roast Dinner -For more

Sept 6th - Celebration of Song - If you or someone you know loves to sing, is a
vocalist or part of a worship team, then please check out Celebration Of Song.
It will be an awesome day of Vocal Training with one of the most sought after
vocal coaches Brett Manning. I attended his one hour seminar at the Gospel
Music Association's Academy last October and it was awesome. This September he
will be in Ontario and he will be giving three workshops through out the day.
