I don't know how to format an SD card on the Milestone or how to get the M1-M5 file structure on an external card. I just put everything in the route directory on the card, with the names each starting with 01, 02, 03, ... 09, 10, etc. I wondered about putting different books in different folders on the SD card, but I don't know how to create that structure either.
