Need motivation to get to the pool on these dark, wet mornings? Samena is hosting 100x100 on 2/17/24 7am-10am. This is a fun, supportive event with a suggested workout for accomplishing the 100s in the time allotted. Also, if you didn’t know this is an OUTDOOR pool. You are welcome to swim a part of it—first half/last half--but rumor is breakfast at Lil John's afterwards.
