Respected Sir / Madam,
It is our great pleasure to inform you that, we are going to organize the
DST, Government of India sponsored 21day summer school on Geospatial
Technology - Level 2 Mountain Disaster Management- (Landslide) from 2nd to
22nd June 2022 in Geoinformatics and Building Technology Research Centre,
Department of Civil Engineering, Chitkara University, Solan, Himachal
Pradesh, India (Close to Shimla). The other details are given below.
*Registration /Travel / accommodation and boarding Support: *
There is no course fee for any of the courses. All the participants will be
provided with shared accommodation and boarding by the Institutions
conducting the training program. AC III tier train fare / bus fare will be
paid on the production of tickets. Travel by air/private car / vehicle will
not be reimbursed. In case the program is conducted online due to COVID 19
restrictions, participants must ensure that they have a laptop and a strong
internet connection.
I kindly request you to forward the brochure to all the scientists/faculty
members / Researchers in your respective organization. Interested
candidates can apply online.
You may upload the Summer school brochure in your notice board/website too.
It would be a great help for the researchers/faculty/scientist who are
working in this field.
